The Delta Alpha chapter of Theta Xi has the privilege of being one of just 27 Fraternities and Sororities to call ASU's Greek Leadership Village home. Residents of the GLV are able to enjoy all the benefits of living on-campus, while still maintaining an independent lifestyle. Amenities that the GLV offers include:

• Accommodations for either 1 or 2 residents per bedroom (19 residents in total live in the house)

• Living room equipped with televisions and gaming stations

• Full-service kitchen equipped with multiple cooking stations, and combination lockers for storing food

• Restrooms on each floor, cleaned weekly

• Wi-Fi access available throughout the house

• Barbecue grill areas and outdoor lounges throughout the GLV

• Gated community for secure access

• Convenient to the ASU campus

• Washers and dryers on each floor

• Mail and package services available

• Access to the Greek Leadership Community Center, which houses meeting venues, offices, workrooms, and a convenience store

Membership dues support general house upkeep. Brothers are asked to live in the GLV for at least (1) year, unless determined to be exempt by the Executive Board.
